I acknowledge that while serving in any Kole Ministries outreach that it's my promise to never partake in any sexual immoral conduct, lying, stealing, profane speaking, violence and physical misconduct, inappropriate conversations and actions with minors, supplying or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. I acknowledge that participation and influence of any of these above or related will result in lawful prosecution by Kole Ministries, INC.
